Erminio Eduardo Alessandro Cassano, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Wellesley, Massachusetts was born in Torre Le Nocelle on 25 Dec 1881, birth record # 67 from 1881. He was the son of Domenico Cassano and Maria Carolina Di Nuzzolo. He was a shoe maker and he developed a new way to make shoes with an all one piece upper. His first ship manifest, that I can find, was from 1902 aboard the vessel Vancouver. As we go through various documents over the next few days, this date and the vessel also vary. There is also a record from 29 May 1905 aboard the vessel Romanic.
