"Bevilacqua, Michael Stephens - Proprietor, Salem Spa, 168 Salem St., Boston.  Born Boston, May 8, 1902.  Son of Emilio Bevilacqua and Florence Frongillo.  Graduated from High School of Commerce.  In business since 1925.  Formerly proprietario of Genoa Restaurant of Revere.  Married Pauline Mueller of Watertown, June 25, 1941.  One son, Charles Michael, born May 13, 1945.  Member: North End Indep. Ass'n.; K.C.; Holy Name Society; North End Clean Up Club; North Bennett Industrial School Alumni Assn.; ch'man of North End Youth Movement.  Sponsorer of every worthy cause.  Director of the Red Cross and Community funds in the Northend for number of years.  Active in political affairs.  Fond of all sports.  Lover of travel and music.  His father was born in Torre le Nocelle, Avellino, Italy.  Came to U.S. in 1896, settling in Boston as tavern keeper.  Had the following children:  Charles, tavern keeper, veteran U.S. Army; Michael S.; Concetta; Americo, tavern keeper; and Frank.  Res.:  172 Salem St., Boston."
