Naturalization Index
Angelo Raffaele de Minico was born 18 November 1887 in Torre le Nocelle to Luigi Maria de Minico and Maria Carmela Ardolino. He married Concetta (surname as yet unknown) in Boston circa 1914. Angelo comes from a long line of tailors. He and brother Michele set up their own shop at 363 Winchester St. in Boston about 1917.
I'm almost certain Concetta's line is from Torre as well, but can't seem to nail it down yet. Angelo's March 1915 "America" manifest states his closest relative is his wife Concetta residing in Torre, yet their April 1923 "Adriatic" manifest says she was born in Boston... which agrees with Angelo's petition for naturalization.
The 1930 census shows Angelo (now known as "Ralph") at 28 Sheafe St. in Boston with wife Concetta and daughters Maria (1923) and Carmela (1926).
